Hand woven in dual-tones of rich moss with a blue-green weave, the fabric celebrates the patience and precision of artisanal handloom. The kankra buti scattered across the surface echoes Jamdani patterns seen in weaves of yesteryears, making Kamini feel instantly nostalgic yet unmistakably modern.

Description

Weave, fabric, fit and feel

  • Crafted from two gorgeous Jamdani weaves in moss green and dual-shade blue-green, placed thoughtfully to frame the body.
  • Kantha hand-embroidery finishes the front opening placket and hemline in-face, lending a fine, almost jewellery-like edge detail.
  • Collar and pocket detailing are thinly quilted with zari anchoring, giving structure while keeping the garment feather-light.
  • Single metal button closure at the bust allows you to wear it open as a layer or closed as a Jamdani jacket.
  • Does not come with an attached lining, preserving the airy, breathable quality of handwoven cotton Jamdani.
